This system is mainly used for production of ultra-pure water, Pre-treatment parts can effectively remove the suspended substance in the water, reduce Fe, SIO2 ion content and the water turbidity, absorb organic matter, colloidal slag, and chloride in the water, lower the water chromaticity, turbidity, or remove strange odour.. Mixed-bed technique can produce water of good quality (water conductivity ratio of less than 0.2 US / CM), and owns advantages of stable operation and obvious exchange destination. It is usually used for lower salt content of original water, a lower salinity , less total amount of cation. Mixed bed is composed of strong acid replacing H-type cation exchange resins, strong base replacing OH-type exchange resins. The residual salt amount in the water is generally below 0.1 mg/L, and conductivity ratio of 0.2 us/cm below. They are mainly aimed at chemical water treatment that needs higher water purity.
